Rain, rain, rain...

It is raining in central New Jersey for the fourth day in a row. Not raining hard, just occasional sprinkles, but still rain. Still dreary and dark. Daylight savings time? We've had no daylight to save yet!

Saturday night was the worst part of the storm - heavy rain, high wind, lots of trees and power lines down. I was one of the lucky ones that didn't lose power. Some places in my area are still without power, including some buildings on the college campus where I work.

It's really hard to be motivated to eat right or work out when you haven't seen the sun in days, isn't it?
