WHOOPS I Did It Again

I sometimes feel like I am being attacked as to not get to my goal. Today I feel on the treadmill, I seemed to increase the speed too fast went to 9 miles an hour too fast. I tried to lower speed and then I tried by pulling the rip cord, but the blet did not stop immediately. So I fell my left leg went off but my right leg did not. I burned my knee and my shin. One part went reallyu deep so it is very red. I was so upset with myself. So I just put A & D ointment on it and just back on the treadmill, just like getting back on a bike. I was not going to let it stop me for sure. SO I did 65 min and 4 miles today. Have to wear shorts all day to keep air on it. Looks worse than it is for sure, as long as I do not touch it.
You can get very discouraged when things happen like this, but I am more determined than ever to not let things like this stop me from my goal.
Just something new to share today.
