Going to mix things up a little over the next little while to see if I can push my weight down a bit. What I have been doing isn't working anymore, so time for a new plan.
Step 1, start using my food scale rather than guessing.
Step 2, no more soup Fridays :) (Usually have Wor Wonton or Vietnamese Soup for lunch as kind of a "cheat" meal)
Step 3, weigh/measure myself on Monday.
Step 4, add in a day of stairs
Step 5, add in 1 day of swimming
Step 6, keep up with running
Step 7-99 - TDB
More of a "work in progress" but I wanted my 3 points :)
