I have made it to the gym 7 out of the last 8 days. I have been faithful with my strength training 3 times a week.I have been eating pretty healthy, but have gone over my calories a few days. I have seemed to be more hungry with the increased exercise. Still, I seem to be in a good place, and am working towards my goals.As long as I can stick with the healthier foods, I don't feel quite so bad if I go over my calories. Babysteps!!!!
