I have made it to the gym 7 out of the last 8 days. I have been faithful with my strength training 3 times a week.I have been eating pretty healthy, but have gone over my calories a few days. I have seemed to be more hungry with the increased exercise. Still, I seem to be in a good place, and am working towards my goals.As long as I can stick with the healthier foods, I don't feel quite so bad if I go over my calories. Babysteps!!!!

    I agree with Healthyartist1. Check to make sure your nutritional requirements haven't changed with the added exercise. I know mine goes up when I exercise regularly at a fairly high intensity.

    Working out more causes your body to want more calories so you might want to make sure this is updated in spark because they will probably increased their suggested amount of calories if you input a higher amount of cardio in your fitness page. Congrats! I also do not feel too bad if I go a little over on my calories if it is healthy food. emoticon
