Rally Day

Saturday, March 20, 2010

It was chilly out there at 8am this morning, I wanted to make sure I knew where I was going. I wore my scarf and fingerless gloves for half the walk. We walked the RIverwalk for 60 min. I was sweating by the time we were done. The walk reminded me of home. I have a riverwalk in my backyard also.

We also did exercises in the amphitheater after with bands, after the walk. Most of us went for a late brunch afterwards. I treated myself to a blueberry pancake, my favorite.

I then went shopping to 4 different stores looking for Coaches DVD no one had it. I then went to the gym and swam lalps for 60 min.

My legs really hurt tonight I think it was from the machines I did the other day at the gym. Tomorrow I will rest I have had a busy week for sure.

Thank you to all that came and walked on the rally we all should be proud of ourselves. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'm glad the rally was a success. :) I don't think we have enough people here in Prince Edward Island, Canada to have a rally but if I find like 10 people from here then I might consider it. :) Keep up the awesome work and give your legs a rest!
