STRONGER! and i freakin LOVE IT!!!
i did 3 complete sets of bicep curls with a 30 lb barbell today!!! first time ever :)
i've been paying a lot of attention to my form and really focusing on the muscle that i'm working on during my workouts and it feels so good!
i've been skipping rope in between sets lately and it's been pumping me up even more, which i'm sure is annoying for everyone else in the gym, but whatever, i pay to go there too and if they didn't want me to jump rope then there wouldn't be one in there in the first place! LOL
it's tuesday, march 23rd wow... and it's a rainy day here in CT... woke up a lil late this morning because i stayed up way too late last night, so when i woke up, i packed my lunch/snack bag for work and stretched a lil before heading to the gym. i switched up my routine this week a lil.. i usually do back and bi's on mon/thurs, chest and tri's on tues/fri, shoulders and legs on wednes/sun... but this week i decided to start the week with chest and tri's and today i did back and bi's and i'm getting stronger every day... i love this feeling! seriously, it's so easy to stay motivated when you see muscle definition developing every week and you feel tighter/leaner and you're increasing the amount of weight that you're lifting!!! and of course my nutrition is really on point because my motivation level is sky high and so i really haven't had any cravings in about 2 weeks now.. i'm pretty much eating really clean and increasing the amount of protein that i'm consuming and i am really proud of myself right now. sorry to ramble guys, i just have a ton of energy and i'm EXCITED and i wanted to share all of this with you! hope all of you are having a PUMPED UP week so far!
