Getting over the fear

I've been so worried for the last couple of weeks about going walking. I live in a nice little community with lots of families, but for some reason I had this nagging fear that if and when I left my house I would see the neighbors pointing at me from their windows. Silly, I know. I went for a whole mile and didn't see anyone. I'm pretty sure most of the people here are at work at noon, so that could be part of it. Either way I'm pretty sure that when I get up tomorrow I won't hesitate as much to get out of the house! It was actually a really pretty day!
