Where we are at ...

Tuesday, March 23, 2010

Been very busy and distracted the last few weeks.

Business has been good which has in turn kept me busy and working late. Not been able to do some things I would normally do in the evening as a result.

Just 'bought out' my Curves membership. Having only made it there once in the past month due to their limited hours and my extended work hours I haven't been able to make it there so there was no point in continuing to pay $40 a month. That is too bad as I really enjoyed going to Curves and was making great progress. I have some DVD's for yoga and pilates and will give them a try along with my treadmill. Considered joining the other gym in town with 24/7 access but holding off. With my current work hours I would not be able to attend any cardio / aerobics classes so that just leaves the weight machines and I have weights at home along with a treadmill so I am not sure it is really worth the expense at this time. If I can't get myself into an exercise routine at home then I will consider it again, but for the moment I will try it on my own.

Lost 3.2 pounds this week at WW bringing me to another all-time low since my journey began a few months ago. Hooray!

That about wraps things up for this evening.

Best to you all in your journey!
