After I posted my blog below, I looked at other tracking (streaks, "other goals") and I saw 2 teams I'm on have goals of 10 min of cardio or 15 min on Wii Fit or 15 min exercise.
I thought "I can do that --- just 15 min - I have energy for that". Here I was thinking I had to do 30+ minutes. But maybe that's the answer. Maybe I start with 15 and see how I feel.
Hmmmm.......feeling more optimistic now. :)
