from 03/15/10 to TODAY, i have lost 2" off my hips, 1" off my waist, and 1" off each of my thighs!!!
can you believe this!? i made sure i remeasured and everything because i was shocked... that's hard work right there! that's PROOF that it's WORTH IT!
i'm so proud right now and just really, REALLY feeling positive. i was focusing too much on cardio in february... i started focusing more on lifting and eating clean in march and i've come to the conclusion that i'm pretty fortunate because my body responds really well to strength training and eating healthy. i know that i will look super sexy by may 22nd (my cousin's wedding) and a lot more toned by june! (right in time to rock my bikini!)
i just had to share this with you guys, and i'll jump on the scale on friday just to see where i'm at, and post it, but honestly, i'm excited because i'm lifting more, i'm feeling so strong, and i feel my body changing... i'm high on lifting! LOL
anyway, i hope you all are makin it happen! april basically starts in a week! nuts! :-P
