P90X Week Three Day 4

YES! I've got my mojo back! I made it through the entire Yoga X routine today and it felt AMAZING! Only had trouble with one of the balance poses, which is pretty good, as far as I'm concerned. Balancing on my hands while my knees are in my armpits is just not my forte.
It's nice to know it was just my cold and sinuses that messed me up yesterday. I was really feeling pretty low after my failed attempt at Cardio X.
I was afraid of what my week off might do to my body but during my Yoga routine, I was pleased to see the muscles in my legs and arms come to life again. I may be a week behind but I'm going to finish out week three this week and since I was off for the past 7 days, I think I may just hop right back in and skip my recovery week. That will put me back on schedule with everyone else and if the past seven days didn't allow for recovery, I don't know what would. If it's too much once I start, I'll rethink skipping the recovery week but after today, I feel like I can handle anything.
Hopefully the weather will begin to look and feel like spring again soon because I'm itching to get back out on my bike.
Did I mention, I have my mojo back?
