lowest weight since...

Saturday, March 27, 2010

Okay so here's the lingo key...A.T after trenton and B.T before Trenton

So my all time lowest weight in my adult years was 170 at age 18. Okay thats the ultimate goal but the long term goal. Okay, right before i got pregnant i was my B.T weight of 215 and that was using SP. Okay my son will be a year in june and i would love to be at least 215 again. So i stepped on the scale this morning and i'm at my lowest weight A.T....243.

Is it realistic to do want to lose 10lbs in a month?lets just say before march is over i reach 240...great right i'm close. So lets say by the end of april i would LOVE to be 230(i'll settle for anything under 235)...a girl can dream can't i..and strive for goals can't it. if i reach for the stars thats great but if i land on the moon i wont be dissappointed

Anywho,i'm just happy i'm at my A.T of where i am now....

hard work, dedication,WILL POWER,and exercise is def paying off
