I am still hanging with the weight loss issue. I have not lost any more, but I have not gained any either.
I was looking at Ruby, and she had to choose five things to kick weight loss up a notch. This is a challenge I will also make for myself.
I will work out twice a day two days a week for thirty min each, twice on wednesday for one hour each, and no less than forty five min on thursday and friday. On saturday I will do a five K equivalent, as on wednesday evening. sunday I will rest. Wow, this is only one change.
Next, I will increase water intake to no less than four bottles a day... that is one in the a.m. one in the afternoon, one mid-day and one at night. This along with may other beverage in-take.
No more night time snacks... no more ....no more...
jump back on my yogurt, fruit and peanut butter snacks..
finally add a lot of dancing and skating back into my life
