Still trying

Here I am a month into joining Sparkpeople, and as of yet have not lost any weight. Well have lost 2 or 3 pounds, but alas I have them back. I keep trying and don't seem to be able to being successful for more than a week, but I will not give up. I am determined to change my poor habits. For me, the first thing will be to get up off the couch, then I feel things will fall in line. Inactivity watching tv tends to make me munch more. I love reading everyones comments and it does help.     Thought I'd comment here, too. Don't give up, whatever you do. Just keep reading and getting Sparkpoints. That will lead you to be more conscious of your choices. Just think each day, "What am I going to do special for special me?" You are special and deserving of whatever goal you set, but it won't just happen. You CAN make it happen. Keep in touch!     Just make small changes and you will suddenly see and feel progress. It took a long time for me to get to be what I was in November (when I joined) and I've finally accepted that it will take time to change.
    Stay focused on your goals, determined to reach them, and positive that you will.

    I find this site to be the key to my turning my lifestyle around. I do many of the optional spark point activities, just to get my thoughts on a healthier lifestyle and eating better.
    It is a slow process, and there will be set backs and weight regained... it happens. Use this site and all its bells and whistles and it will work.
