Here I am a month into joining Sparkpeople, and as of yet have not lost any weight. Well have lost 2 or 3 pounds, but alas I have them back. I keep trying and don't seem to be able to being successful for more than a week, but I will not give up. I am determined to change my poor habits. For me, the first thing will be to get up off the couch, then I feel things will fall in line. Inactivity watching tv tends to make me munch more. I love reading everyones comments and it does help.
