Having an off week

I had been doing pretty well the past few weeks, but kind of fell off the wagon this weekend,and haven't been able to pull it back together this week. Yes, their will be a gain this week, and of course i deserve it. Darn Easter candy on sale, going out to eat, busy days etc.Tomorrow is weigh day,and time to pick myself back up,and dust myself off. Back to the gym in the am.

    I spent a few weeks in a rut too but I did like you and picked myself up and dusted off and got on it hard! I managed to get down 5 pounds and in a size that I didn't think I would be in again!

    SO, be strong, work hard this week and you WILL see the rewards! I know that personally, I had to set myself a little reward in order to really get focused! I did it and then got my little black pants because I had none that fit! So, maybe something small will help to motivate you!

    Diane I am in the same rut. I dont even want to get on the scale, but I will. Now I have to take a break from cardio which really isnt good for me. All we can do is dust ourselves off, get back on the wagon, and keep moving forward forgetting those things which are behind us. emoticon

    Diane,
    Everyone has days, weeks, even sometimes months when things are more difficult. The one thing we can do is to make the best decision now. So start small again and build back up. One small thing at at time. I am doing that today as well. I haven't had control of my eating lately. Emotional stuff unfortunately sent me running to my standby of crackers. (When I'm stressed I can eat a whole roll of ritz in one sitting.)

    Now, let's just do it together. I will exercise for 30 minutes tomorrow morning. How about you?

    I thought I was the only one having an "off" week! I've been craving things that I haven't had for weeks or months-like BBQ chips and ice cream. Hopefully these cravings will go away soon. I hope you have a good weigh-in tomorrow! Good luck!
