My husband just came home from an 8 month deployment and his ship will be leaving again this summer. Between the demands of family time, going to school full time and keeping up with the house I had to sit down an reevaluate what I am doing. I realized this past week that I was running myself down because I was trying to be everything to everyone.
Due to time constraints I have now changed my running goal a bit this year. The goal I had set was run the San Diego Rock n Roll Marathon. Now I want to run in one run per month starting in May and work up to running a full marathon this fall.
New Running Goals:
May 16th: San Diego Bay Bridge 5k
June 6th: San Diego Rock n Roll Half
July: Looking for a run close to me
Sept 5th: Disneyland Half
October 17th: Long Beach Marathon
