I have stopped looking at long range goals and meal planning. I have shopped today and bought fresh produce and not having any more processed foods. By planning dinner for only a few days, it somehow seems easier to achieve. I find it so hard to plan for a week or two ahead for meals. I've learned how to use the nutrition tracker and that is so good and unbelievable how it calculates whats in the food. This in itself has helped me to plan better. I started recording on the fitness module today and that has inspired me. All be it, its not much exercise, but its a start. I am feeling great.
