I'm getting there - 3 good days now

I have stopped looking at long range goals and meal planning. I have shopped today and bought fresh produce and not having any more processed foods. By planning dinner for only a few days, it somehow seems easier to achieve. I find it so hard to plan for a week or two ahead for meals. I've learned how to use the nutrition tracker and that is so good and unbelievable how it calculates whats in the food. This in itself has helped me to plan better. I started recording on the fitness module today and that has inspired me. All be it, its not much exercise, but its a start. I am feeling great. emoticon

    Hi! 3 days is a good start. Good for you! You caught on to "doing the right things" much quicker than I did. I wasn't able to get a grip onmyself til I set shorter goals. I knew Lent would be a 6 week goal of not snacking and no sweets and I've done that before, BUT it's SP that has given me the "life goal" and the courage to see my future as a thinner person.     Three good days...cool!

    I believe that is what's called a 3 day streak.

    I have been using the nutrition tracker for 6 days as of today. The reason I did it today was I didn't want to end my streak.
