Went grocery shopping and filled the fridge, freezer, and pantry. I'd love to show you all 3 but my pantry is so unorganized it is crazy and I'm not sure you could see all that much in the freezer. I did, however, get a picture of the fridge.
To plan my meal shopping, I first went browsing through the SparkRecipes site and picked out things that sounded good and had the nutritional values I wanted.
Today is going to be a smoothie for breakfast, a healthy sandwich for lunch, and eggplant parmesan for dinner (with mushrooms - YUM) and a salad on the side.
I've got a lot of fresh fruits and veggies for snacking and plan to make some pico de gallo very soon too. :)
