Finally lost a pound!!

After MONTHS on a plateau, I finally dropped down to 126. Had been teetering between 127 and 128 for a very long time. Nice to see 126. Haven't seen that number since about a year before conceiving Coby. He's 2 1/2 now!

This after changing my food percentages (was doing 55% carbs, 15% protein, 30% fat based on SP recommendations). I was still hungry and toppping out my calorie recommendations regularly.

So I changed the ratios to 30% carbs 40% protein, 30% fat based on Jillian Michael's website and recommendations by friends/co-workers who exercise regularly. I am satisfied at the lower end of my calorie range now.

Last night I got in 40 min of cardio. 15 boxing and 25 cycling.

Feeling pretty good today.
