Greetings Toni, welcome to the world of blogs. I've not looked at the total of how much I want to lose but it's somewhere close to yours. Use this site, log in your food, drink water, set short term goals and reward yourself. There is so much information available on this website. Take time to explore. And have fun. One of my short term goals is to clean something in my house for 10 minutes a day. Oh, the papers I'm finding and the deep dust. I laugh and check my watch (house cleaning is not my strong point).
