Windy! The task at hand today was to seriously work on staying relaxed while running INTO the wind. I have to admit that I am actually getting better at accomplishing doing just that and it makes running in windy days just another day in paradise LOL. I am also working on staying consistent with my pacing throughout the entire run and I am feeling very good about that too. Heck, I'm giddy with my running right now and made it past a piriformis bout that I am controlling nicely with different stretching techniques. That one freebie PT session was the most valuable to date.
This week's running schedule is group run Tuesday evening which will be a low mileage run so that is why I took today's a tish longer. Then perhaps a quick 3 mile jaunt Thursday and a 6 mile LSD on Saturday. I am feeling really good with where my running is right now.
