I have been on my Hawaiian adventure for 6 weeks. I have 6 weeks left. This has been a wonderful trip. I have tried many new things including several different types of yoga. I think I will continue with the Yin and Restorative classes when I get back home. I have been doing swimming once or twice a week and some walking.
I have also been working on my normal routines and have been going to bed much earlier than at home and trying to get up in the morning bright and early and have a healthy breakfast. I am still not a fan of breakfast but it is getting better. The pineapple here is always persuasive. I have also worked at not eating in the evenings. I have been successful about 90 percent of the time.
My other reasons for coming here were to work on my socializing skills and that has been getting better as well. In my normal life I am usually the person in charge and that tends to change the relationship. Here I have been trying to be more laid back and open.
So far so good with my goals except the weight loss has not been awesome. It has been holding steady but I feel healthier so that has to count for alot.
