The time is NOW for me to make a good choice- not tomorrow or next week! NOW is what counts. What decisions am I making, right NOW, that will impact my result for April? I need to be in the moment, being thoughtful, and realizing that right NOW, I am deciding if I move closer to or further from my goals...all in this moment! All these moments will add up to be my progress. I will not make decisions without considering their impact. I will be thoughtful in what I do.

GOAL CARD
At the end of APRIL I will say:
~ I am elated and so thankful that I made the most of the month of April!
~I met my 210 fitness minute goal! I tried new things and changed things up!
~I did 210 weekly reps of really good exercises this month!
-Although I only updated my ticker at month end, I weighed in and monitored my progress on a weekly basis.
~I lots the weight I had gained last month!
~I came up with an eating plan and stuck to it! I did not eat sweets after Easter! LOWER CARBS!
~I COMPETED this month. I completed my teams challenges, and did not sign up for any or set any goals that I did not intend to complete!!
~I am feeling fueled and more motivated! Although behind where I wanted to be for the year, ~I am making visible progress. My clothes are fitting better and my tummy is getting flatter.
I went out on a limb and shot for being in the 160's...and made it!
I stayed in the battle- I did not let a bad month get to me- and I got myself back on track and moving forward. It was a great month!
