Oppps, I Missed a Spot!

So I've been working out pretty consistently since last year. As most of you know, I have been doing the Chalean Extreme Program. I can see the changes in the arms and legs... I feel my myself slimming down, but there hasn't been much change to the mid section! I refuse to be slim with a rootbeer belly! lol. I haven't been putting much emphasis on my stomach... I've been so sloppy with my ab works with the CLX program.... honestly those one 10 minute ab exercises doesn't seem to be enough... especially since my stomach is SUCH a problem area. So, I plan on adding a core workout to my everyday routine. I didn't want to buy another complete workout system, getting CLX done is hard enough. I looked on Amazon and found someone selling the ab jam DVD for 10 bucks!!! Hopefully, I get that within the next week and I can really start losing this pouch!!! I'm excited!!!

    I have Ab Jam and it's a fun workout. Do you have Chalene's Turbo Jam workouts? Whenever I do them, my abs get a great workout.

    I've recently started working on my middle, too. When I got out my summer clothes I realized my "root beer belly" was Very Visable without a sweatshirt or cardy to hide under!!
