It's Been A While

Just thought I'd pop in and do a quick update.
I have been working out since August-- for the 1st 2 months it was with a trainer two times a week. And for the last 4 months (took a month off after abdominal umbilical hernia surgery) it was with my aunt, then my sister and a coworker. My cardio went from 30 minutes to 1 to 1.5 hours several times a week. Good news is, I went from a size 22 to a 20 and I'm almost comfortably into an 18. Bad news is, I've lost basically no pounds in the last 7 months. Could be my eating habits. :) Not stopping my exercise regiment though. Just put in almost 1.5 hours of cardio.
