I did not get a great deal of activity in today, but I did get to take some stress-reducing time to myself and I stuck pretty close to my meal plan. My goal for tomorrow is to up the level of activity. I was doing pretty good for a while, but the past week, I have had more excuses than progress, and that is just not going to cut it. No more excuses. I am ready for a change.

    Yes, change is good! Stress reducing time is HUGE. I've just started trying to do a couple of stretches in the morning (something I used to do alot, pre kids). And it just feels so good to work on the stress. Good luck on this week!
