So this was a very interesting day for me since I pretty much had a mental meltdown earlier today. I would like to thank my many Spark friends that came to my aid. Your kind words helped so much!
Today's run was the first since earlier this week as my running was derailed either by weather or staying late at the office. I needed this run badly and I got it!!! What gorgeous weather so there are no complaints here.
I decided to take the pace my body wanted to run and it felt pretty good and had to back off a few times since I was starting to huff and puff. I also noticed that taking the little hills in our neighborhood is getting gradually easier.
I also need to remember to keep doing my piriformis stretching as I can tell that I have been slacking off. So starting tonight I will take the time to do them every day. After just one good stretching session I feel better.
Another note is that I did not binge at all after I got home from work and that feels great. One day at a time...thats all I ask of myself. I give me an A+ today!
