Stress is my biggest trigger to overeating.

I have come to relax that stress is my biggest trigger when I overeat. Whether it be from the kids fighting, our bills, or just everyday things that is when I tend to lean on food as my support. I have started in reading The Spark book and it has helped me realize how much I have been doing this and trying to start the change from leaning on the food to doing a 15 minuted workout to reduce the stress. So far this past week I have gotten in 150 minutes of cardio and some stretching along with it which is more than I have done in the past year since having my daughter back last June. I am refocusing and getting the priorities back in line and will achieve my goals. I write in a journal weekly especially when the stress levels rise and achieving the exercise as well.
