Plateau Buster Challenge - End of Week One

The challenge was to incorporate new cardio routines one or two times this week. Monday, I went and walked the stairs for an hour. Friday, we introduced speed training to our running schedule.
For the week ending Sunday, April 11th, I lost 0.8 kg.
This challenge begins on Sunday, April 10th.
This week's challenge is to aim for a wider variety of foods and mix up your calories at least three times a week. Instead of eating at the bottom of your range all the time (or the middle, or the top), try a few days at the lower end, a few days in the middle and a few days at the top. www.sparkpeople.com/mysp
This week should be a real challenge as I'm already having issues staying within my range for calories. Bleah. I don't like food challenges.... yet
