April12/10 Exercise Bug! I know I can do this!

Today I weigh less then I have weighed for y-e-a-r-s!!! In hopes of keeping this up I'm reaffirming my mini goals to loose in 5 lb. increments. Small yes, but I think it will be more attainable for me, then to think of that bigger number all the time!
Long story short...I put out my knee and other leg problems 6+ years ago and after gaining to 315+, I'm finally going right direction and really, really, really, don't want to go back.
I've had to find some form of exercise that I could do, that would help me get my strength back, mostly in my legs without causing too much discomfort that I'd get discouraged and give up.
Today I managed to get both 45 strength routine and 30 min walking - a great day for exercise!
