Day 2 P90X

Yesterday was day 2......Plyogenics.....thought I was gonna lose my lunch. It's a bunch of jumping around - who would have thought it would be so hard?!
I am so sore today (day 3). Arms, chest, back, abs, legs. I think most of it is from Day 1's workout. Yesterday I was a little sore, but once warmed up, I was fine. I'm hoping it'll be the same today ---- better once warmed up.
Hubby bought a few weights we wanted (we had some already). He also picked up heart rate monitors so we'll be able to better track calories burned. I'm not following the P90 diet. I'm hoping the 40-30-30 plan I'm already on will be sufficient.
The 40-30-30 plan (40% protein, 30% carb, 30% fat) has helped me lose weight and stay satisfied. By sticking to the same ratios and same calorie range (1200-1550) I'm hoping the P90x will sculpt my body.
If my soreness tells a story at all, it is telling me I'm definitely working my muscles. So that has to be a plus. I just hope it's enough....
