Day 30

Well Day 30 and I had some results however not at all what I had hoped for. But I am still proud of myself. I managed to work out 29 of 30 days!

So in the end I only lost 2 lbs but did lose 7.25 inches overall. So that makes me happy for sure because inches definitely matter more.

I am now back to working out with TMT to hopefully be able to get more results before I head to Vegas which is the ultimate goal.....those size 6 skinny jeans!! I have now only 3.5 weeks. But I am going to keep going!!

I have also switched to a morning workout and am really liking it. Even though 5 am does come early, it helps that I am now sleeping better which is a result of my starting to take St.Johns Wort about a month ago. And the am is good as there is no excuse that I am busy doing something else which is often what happened in the evening after work!

So 3.5 more weeks to go and hopefully I'll see some more results!
