HELLO CHALLENGE.
Would run from Friday through Sunday - 3 days
H- H2O Drink your water - eight 8 oz glasses a day - 1 point
E - Exercise - at least 30 minutes cardio each day - 1 point
L - Legs - 3 sets of 25 leg exercises each day - 1 point
L - Lats - 3 sets of 25 upper body exercises each day - 1 point
O - Organize at least one thing that needs organizing - 1 point
Max 5 point per day plus
BONUS - do all 5 and get 5 bonus point - 10 points
