ok so my legs are aching and feel like there going to drop off ;-) thankfully no running today as today is an active rest day for me so a bit of yoga is in store. hoping to see some benefits of this in my body shape soon. x

    Sounds like the efforts of exercise is working!!!! Keep up the good work and get ack to the heart pumping ones again once you have rested.
