Day 4 P90X

I love yoga but I was expecting another 60 min workout. That 90 minute ticker on the bottom was a bit of a shock, especially since we work out after work and before dinner.
Hubby was SWEATIN' - yoga kicked his butt. I, on the other hand, fared much better. I am sick of downward facing dog now. haha But I was SO looking forward to some serious stretching and I loved it! After 65 min, hubby turned it off. He had had enough and said yoga isn't his thing.
I would have finished the extra 25 but I was very hungry! And I wasn't getting the best workout since my 2 year old thought he needed my mat. I would do downward facing dog and he'd crawl under me. Then when I needed to do upward facing dog, I layed on him and stretched the best I could........he shouldn't lay there if he doesn't want me to squish him.
But yoga is a mental workout (relaxation exercise) as much as physical and I missed out on a lot of the mental part. It peeved me to miss out on that but after working all day, the kids need attention, too.
Still 65 min for the first day wasn't bad. Maybe next week we will do the whole thing. I have a week to buy the 2 year old his own mat so he'll leave mine alone.
