trying to refocus and make some achievable goals

How many times have I written this blog!!!!I have had so many ups and downs this past year I have lost count.I have gained some weight back,clothes are tight,and have had to get some bigger sizes back out of storage, I disgust myself.

This is all such a mind game,and I'm struggling to get that Mojo back I had when I started Sparkpeople.I have been here for 3 years,and know what to do. Why do I let that inner voice sabotage me? I am worth the effort. I know I can do this.

This morning I spent quite a bit of time on Sparkpeople reading,and looking at goals. Here is what I have decided to make as my goals.

1. Goal weight is 180/size 14-16

2.I will reach this goal by Dec.31,2010

3.I will be able to jog 10 minutes straight by the end of the Summer, no stopping!!!

4. I will continue to work on my exercise program,doing cardio 5 X per week, and strength training 3 X per week

5. No negative talk!!!! I AM worth the effort!!

6.I will post these goals on my fridge to remind me I WANT TO DO THIS!!!

I had a great workout at the gym today,and am trying to keep this momentum going. I WANT TO DO THIS, I WANT TO DO THIS, ....I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!
