baby steps

Monday, April 19, 2010

Yup, it's back to baby steps. I can't believe that my last entry was a full two weeks ago. That means it's been a full two weeks since I really gave my all to the plan.

Okay, time to suck it up.

I'll try to pass that message on, Sock! I *did* learn today that the medicine I was taking for the inner ear stuff was what was zonking me out, and when I'm exhausted, I tend to want to eat junk. So I'm feeling better today (and keeping my nose out of the fridge so far!)

Glad you're feeling better, Jen! It totally sucks when health issues get in the way -- I understand that! Baby steps is how we get back, and you're doing it.

Note to Jen's body: She's trying to get you healthy so you'll feel better. Cut the lady some slack already!

Thanks so much, both of you!

Ceejay - I was doing fine, and then got an inner ear infection and everything kind of fell apart, but if I'm being truly honest, maybe the eating habits weren't under control before that, too. Ceejay, let me know if I can help you in any way, too. ;-)

Yes I started this on 2/7/10 with baby steps and to be honest, I am still taking them, I have accomplished a lot of good habits, but still struggle daily, but the struggle isn't as hard at times, no one said we had to be experts, just be there for others as they are here for us, I never claimed to be an expert, but I am an expert at being a friend!!!! Let me know if you need a buddy I can be here for you!!!!
