Another great workout!!!

Wow, I am amazing myself. Today I jogged for 7 minutes on the treadmill(1 minute intervals).I did 60 minutes on the treadmill plus my circuit training. I burned LOTS of calories!! After the gym I took my Dad out to lunch,and made good choices there too. WOO HOO...I'm feeling stronger every day!!
