Week 2, Day 2 P90X

Looking forward to Plyogenics tonight. Preparing with lots of water today, I didn't drink enough last week and it killed me. I thought I was gonna throw up for most of it. We also brough a fan into the room so between more water and a fan circulating the air we should fair better this week than last.
Having cottage cheese with strawberries before leaving work. A nice, light, energy-packed snack about 90 min before the workout.
Didn't have a HR monitor last week so not sure how many calories to expect but I've been pleasantly surprised by the calories burned during each workout. Yesterday's chest, back and abs only burned 515 but the 2 days before I burned 780 each day. I'm expecting 800+ today if I can keep up with Tony.
