Now for the other half

Almost at full with exercise. It felt great. I start out each day well with food, but then lose it mid-afternoon or mid-evening. I have to find what my body/mind is TRULY looking for at these hours, because I really doubt it's cookies...

    Yes, protein usually helps - I already do some of that. Today I was just plain busy, so I probably have to either keep busy or ALLOW myself to do something pleasurable - not just sort of futz around and *hope* to get things done, but not have fun either. Ugh!

    Perhaps a protein snack? I'm going to try that myself and see if it helps with the overall program.
