My Journey: Week 2

So I am in week 2 of my journey to a healthier me. This is where is gets scary for me. I am very good about staying committed for the first 2 weeks or so. I have to learn to stop this ugly cycle. I have committed to this and will continue to exercise and eat right.
So I have learned in the last 2 weeks that it can be done. I also love the fact after the first week of eating healthy that the good for you stuff starts tasting so good! My body has actually starting craving fresh berries and fresh veggies! I have also learned that it's not all about calories, it is also about putting more fresh and less processed foods into my body! I have learned that exercise can be fun! I have also learned that I get bored very easily with exercise, so I have to be very aware of this and keep it changing weekly and sometimes daily.
So with this I say thank you spark and all the sparkies for the lessons and the awareness!
