Plateau Buster Challenge - End of Week Two

Week two was April 10 though 17th. The challenge was to try for a wider variety of foods and mix up your calories at least three times a week. I ate within my calories on three days , under on one and over on the other three.
THE RESULT - I gained 0.6 kg
Not a horrible gain but a gain nonetheless.
Week three began on April 18th and the challenge is to add some variety to your strength training routine, either by trying some new equipment, or by changing the exercises you're currently doing.
Hm, I haven't done ST in a few weeks so I guess it'll be a change just doing it.
