Arms, Shoulders and Abs
I ate a big lunch which meant I didn't eat my afternoon snack ---- and I'm paying for it. I completed my workout but I am EXHAUSTED. Now it's dinner time and I barely have enough energy to hold my arms at my sides, much less lift them to my mouth over and over.
It's tempting to skip dinner just because of the exertion required. :) But I'm hungry and I know I need to eat. As it is, I'm settling for a bowl of cereal instead of left over meatloaf and green beans. Cereal just sounds refreshing and it's something I don't indulge in often.
That means my carb/protein ratios are off but oh well.......SOMETHING in my belly and going to bed.
I'll eat better tomorrow.
