So I started Herbalife about 2 weeks ago. I did well at remembering to take my supplements daily and take the shakes 2x a day. However, over the weekend I sorta went and did some binge eating, nothing too horrible, but I definitely wasn't taking my 2 shakes a day. Now I haven't had a shake since Friday. I think it is because I am tired of having the same thing everyday. Is that so wrong? But I should still be taking my vitamin supplements.

Also, with this herbalife, I use their tracking sheet of my measurements. Since I started my bust has gained like 3 inches, where everything else is losing inches. Is this normal??? I am a big busted girl, and I would like to lose inches in my bust not gain!! Has this happened to any of you?

    Yeah, I tried Herbalife and the same thing happened to me.
    It was a waste of money... I still have almost 1 full tube of the shake.
    It is hard to have the same thing 2 meals a day.

    It is better to follow spark's meal plan, I agree with ZUNAIRA1.

    u know what, there is no need for u to spend money on herbal life.. I cant go on eating that all my life.

    I suggest u 1 thing, follow the spark's meal plan. that's it. breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack.

    There aren't that expensive and they r not boring to eat as well. I m eating that. for example there is few veggies to be eaten in a day, so i buy cabbage and substitute all veggie as cabbage.

    Usually i buy an instant soup powder, and i eat all the veggie, chicken/fish, olive oil. blah blah blah in a bowl of soup.

    the fruits section saves me from snacking on chocolate etc.

    But i relax myself once a week to eat whatever i wanna.

    I lose 2 kg already in 3 weeks.

    eat natural food.
