Well, I didn't get to move my ticker this week, only because I did not move it forward during my recent binge episode. I weighed myself this week for the first time in several weeks. I have to keep focused on non-scale victories, so I don't get discouraged. My clothes are much looser,and I can see that I have lost weight. I have been staying in my calorie range almost every day, and really am having great workouts at the gym. I am NOT going to focus on the scale, but will continue on this healthy lifestyle change. I really need to take time to do my meausurements...maybe today!!! My MOJO is still going strong, going on week 2!!!!

    It WILL happen. Keep tracking your food, exercising, staying in your calorie range, sleeping, drinking water, etc. etc. . .Good luck!
