Plateau Buster Challenge - End of Week Three

I did absolutely no strength training this week. Moving on....
This challenge begins on Sunday, April 25th.
This week's challenge is going to be a little different. We've been focusing a lot on what you can change about your program to bust your weight loss plateau and get the scale moving again. But I think so much focus on numbers and make it easy to overlook some of the other positive benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Ask yourself some of these questions:
Am I physically feeling better?
Do I have more energy?
Do I sleep better?
Do I feel more self-confident?
Am I happy about the changes I'm making?
If you can answer "yes" to any of these questions, then you are making progress regardless of what the scale says. Your challenge for this week is to set one new health-related goal that's not focused on the scale. Hopefully that can help you see that progress is about much more than numbers. It's about a healthy lifestyle as a whole.
