Day 3 - Still feeling very positive

Here it is day 3 and I have resisted all alcohol. I will admit I did think about it for about 5 minutes today, but I know to lose those last few pounds, this is the only way to go. I was also successful weighing and logging all food. I walked 4 miles today. Still going over a bit on the calories, but that shouldn't last much longer. I am proud of myself for logging every morsel. Feeling good!!!
