Rest of the months goals.....

We have this week left and that's it for April. Hard to believe really. I live in KY and the weather forcast is calling for rain all week. This is going to put a damper on raising my fitness goals for this week. I succeeded last weeks goal of 200. So this week I am adding something to it.

Goals

Fitness Minutes: 200

Plus: 5 pushups
100 crunches x 5 days

Nutrition: Continue the soda free 5 days a week, try for more

(this week I went 6 days)

Track food for one day- at least


I have a new phone (Blackberry Curve) I added the sparkpeople app so I can document all the time now. NO EXCUSES!!!!!

    Sounds like good goals to work toward. You are doing so great..you are motivating me to try harder! I wish I were in a size 14. I am currently in a very loose fitting 18 but scared to death to even try on a size 16 cause I know they will be tight and I will get very discouraged. I wish this were easier. But it would be alot harder without friends like you and spark people. Wouldn't it be cool if when we both make our goal weight if we could meet somewhere and celebrate! Maybe that could be a goal? Keep up the good work...you are an inspiration!!! emoticon emoticon
