Rest of the months goals.....

We have this week left and that's it for April. Hard to believe really. I live in KY and the weather forcast is calling for rain all week. This is going to put a damper on raising my fitness goals for this week. I succeeded last weeks goal of 200. So this week I am adding something to it.
Fitness Minutes: 200
Plus: 5 pushups
100 crunches x 5 days
Nutrition: Continue the soda free 5 days a week, try for more
(this week I went 6 days)
Track food for one day- at least
I have a new phone (Blackberry Curve) I added the sparkpeople app so I can document all the time now. NO EXCUSES!!!!!
