I was complaining to my doctor during a routine check up about my lack of weight loss. I emailed him my food/exercise log previous to the appt. He suggested I keep to a very low fat intake and increase the intesity of my workouts. Well holy moly! I've been keeping the fat under 30gms a day, for the most part, and I've lost 6lbs in a week!! Can't wait to see what happens when I get off my bum and add vigorous exercise!
