Weekly Goal - Met

I tracked my food yesterday using the handy dandy Sparkpeople food tracker. I had listen tracking my food once a week as part of my weekly goals. I listen everything I put in my mouth. At first it seemed I was doing good. When I got home, after Zumba, I had several calories left to eat. I was starving. So I ate, what I felt like were good choices of food. Well after tracking them I realized they would have been if I didn't eat so much of them. So I went a little over. But once again I was starving.
So I learned something, I learned that food adds up quickly. I kind of like this goal of tracking. I just might do it twice next week.
Even though I wasn't good at keeping my calories in range I am still proud of myself for doing this...............making this a goal met.
